Amenities
Ponchatoula Fitness Center offers multiple amenities at no or low additional cost, many that are not included in other 24 hour facilities.
TANNING - We have 2 lay down tanning beds. Enjoy unlimited tanning for just $15 per month with membership. Tanning is available during staffed hours. Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
STEAM ROOM - the steam room is located in the men's locker room and is operational during staffed hours.
DRY SAUNA - the sauna is located in the women's locker room and available 24/7.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES - classes are included with all memberships. See the class schedule HERE.
